From new construction to conversions, from resales to remodels … our site aims to give useful and fresh content to all Internet users who are looking to learn about the Seattle condo market. After all … this is what we do!

MODE Condominiums

MODE Condos on Capitol Hill make it affordable to own a funky condo in a great part of Seattle. With studios priced from $159,950, 1 bedrooms from $214,950 and 2 bedroom, 2 full baths from $299,950 … MODE’s pricing is not just competitive, but the best on the hill.
